About the film
Seven and a half hours of musical heritage are captured in this aftermovie documenting an extraordinary tribute event. Held at Pé na Areia Beach Club in Esmoriz, the evening offered a retrospective celebration of Cais 447, an institution that profoundly shaped the nightlife culture of Matosinhos and Northern Portugal during the 1990s and 2000s. The event featured performances by four foundational figures associated with the venue's historical prominence: DJ Carlos Manaça, DJ Fred Fauvelet, DJ Antonik, and DJ Miguel Barros. Through a curated selection of seminal tracks, the gathering successfully honored the enduring artistic and cultural legacy of Cais 447, demonstrating the lasting impact of its musical influence on multiple generations.
